It's lite on my stomach it doesn't give me that heavy feeling even if i go a little overboard on it. Nice container. Great taste. Not too salty tasting.
I like this better than the shaker can kind as it has a better taste. It is an added plus having this delivered by amazon fresh eliminating the need to go to supermarket. Better than the shelf-stable stuff.
Cons
It says on the container to use within 3-5 days and it really does grow blue mold within a month. The stuff from trader joe's is much better for our lifestyle.
