I decided after spending money on an electrician to get this fitted to wall that the unit i had must be defective so i ordered a replacement unit much to my surprise we had an identical issue with the high pitched noise

You cant really notice it when the fire is on at full blast

Pretty gutted because the fire itself was a nice focal point of the livingroom you cant even leave it on standby as the noise is still there

We are very pleased with the fire nice looking fire easy to assemble very quick delivery thank you
