Pros

The tutu fit the giraffe well as the waist band is very stretchy. I'm a 141lb adult who wears size 8 and 10 pants. Fit well (12 muffin topping) with room to spare.

Cons

The tutu reeks like 4,000 rotten fish were imbedded into the molecular structure of the tulle. There is no amount of lysol that one could buy to outweigh the horrible stench.

The elastic waist is the size of a garter. Just not comfortably because of the roughness and other issues.
