Pros & Cons
Pros
A well-sharpened knife makes slicing or chopping easier. After long-term use, it is easier to use with a sharpening stone. This thing is super sharp too. Very sharp, lol.
The styling of the knife goes well with my kitchen. Also looks a lot nicer than my old knives. My only complaint is that it is light, which feels cheap.
Nice grip and feels sturdy in my hand. Looks good, even though it's only damascus-patterned.
It’s also not necessary to bear down hard and take a chance of having the knife slip out of your grasp. Easy to hold and cut.
Cons
This is not a gray knife it is kind of dull. It's a metal shell with a thin true connection part. When the water gets in the shell, as it will eventually, the knife gets rusted and broke. But, dulled after cutting veggies 6 or 7 times.
