Pros
These fit perfectly in my cube shelf. Storing laundry products and cat food. The hand opening makes it easy to pull down and put back onto the shelf, and the metal rim protects the structure.
These storage bins work great in our camper! I’m surprise these are exactly as pictured and described. They look super nice on a shelf without the expense!
Apart from one of them getting a bit crushed (which of course the manufacturer can't be held responsible for), they're like new. They are very sturdy, and seem like they will last a long time. No complaints so far.
Cons
The “gray” color selection with the brown trim is much more of a light brown with brown trim. But the smell these bins put off is horrible.

I have had cloth covered boxes before and the lids dont slide on easily because of the cloth

This is a color design flaw in my opinion

The handles should be a more muted silver gray with matte finish rather than a super shiny cheap looking nickel finish
