Pros & Cons
Pros
It's a basically no-frills kit that works. All you need is one zip tie to rig it right. They also include a sheet how to tie it with a small zip tide in case it does get stuck and how to retrieve it.
Did great on its first time out - even with shortened rope. Even before i cut the rope down to about half length (which surely hurt the grip strength), the bag is still at least twice as big as needed. Holds us in place.
Cons
The bowie is the cheapest thing i've ever seen. Too light for kayaks in wind. Struggles to hold in moderate currents, often dragging and failing to secure my boat.

Its also a universal type that should work in most applications from sandy bottoms to rocks or even lakes and rivers with a lot of debris on the bottom

Its important to rig it properly with a small ziptie not included so the rope is attached at the bottom of the anchor so if it gets snagged and wont release you can yank hard enough to break the zip tie and pull the anchor out backwards
