The velcro is very strong and the elastic keeps everything in the right place and doesnt roll over on me when i pull the brace an inch further down from the pictures in the listing are showing where the brace should be

I could wear it under a loose top however it will show around the neckline

This was the first day that i didnt have to take advil and im not saying that its because i wore a back corrective support brace but im not saying that its not the reason either

Its not that it was forcing me to set up straighter but it definitely wasnt comfortable to slouch intentionally

I also really love that this is a european creation and not something that comes out of china
