I emailed asking for a replacement and they responded within 24 hours and replaced it after i provided them with a photo of the damage

The problem is that suction cup doesnt hold

I have planned to use it for windshield and even maybe sometimes externally but now i am under no illusion that it could hold externally if it doesnt even hold on the glass table facing upwards
