Pros
Use it for pre-workout and recovery. The flavor is good.
Cons
Slight changes to the b3 & 124) unclear on wording 12oz organic beet root powder 5484mg to 8. Tastes exactly like powdered beets. It tastes like a glass of artificial sweeteners.
Would not recommend this product - sadly. Tried to contact the merchant, but never received a reply back. The whole $44 container is a loss.

It’s great as a pre workout gives boost of energy and helped with my endurance level
With my digestive system it did create excessive flatulence so i curbed lowered the amount to less than a teaspoondose
It dissolves better when the water is room temp as it took longer to dissolve when my water was cold

Its the 1st and only brand i have tried so far
Found some at walmart almost the same
