Pros

A lot of health foods (like kale) aren't particularly tasty, but that may be the price that is paid for better health. Great way to get the nutrition of beets. This product fulfills my needs for improved health.

Beets contain nitrates which can lower bp. Lyc-o-mato, mega natural bp grape seed extract, cocoa powder, mk-7.

Cons

Even when they do it right and dehydrate pure expressed beet juice, the resulting powder then has beet sugar. This eclectic institute product is really pale and weak in comparison, because it's cut with so much insoluble junk.
