Pros & Cons
Pros
Great product. Delivered speedily.
Really good product for a very competitive price. Excellent value and fantastic quality. Well made and sturdy.
Spiky ball is strong and durable does not slide or dents. Purchased to help with tight pelvic floor pain and have found very helpful.
Use on painful sore points in backside and upper leg muscles. Highly edgy for reaching into the intended muscles - in my case - piriformis therapy. I was recommended these little balls for my sciatica pain.
Cons
My hard plastic ball is not spherical. It is in fact egg shaped. Returned for refund. I honestly feel like it is just a waste of time.
