Pros
The processor speed is actually pretty great, and it's a good chip. It has 4 usb slots, and most important, it has the usb-c slot.
Everything is as advertised and then some. Excellent video streaming. Even the packaging is top notch. Would definately buy again.
This product delivers excellent quality and is very good for a home office. I have been impressed with this little system. It's serving me very well.
Zorin os works great on my ex pen tablet. Replaced my old linux workstation. Since i use linux mint as my main os (by default it uses an updated 5. Version) this one isn't the same piece of junk as others.
It works great for a really small footprint and a pretty small price. Meets all my requirements for a desktop pc. Easy to install and operate, and it is a space saver.
Cons
Windows 10 but the one we recently received had windows 11 and the computer would intermittently freeze and office 365 programs stopped opening. Constant bsod errors even after updates. No help on internet to show how to install the hard drive.

I bought it for my daughter shes gamer streamer and shes happy with the performance
It is a wall plug but with the amazing wifi the speeds were very close to the same as when i used it wired
I still recommend this pc but that forced sleep behavior is something you need to be ok with

This is a very competitively priced pc with fast components in a small case that takes up a tiny amount of room on your desktop or none if you mount it to the back of your monitor

The one annoying thing that has not gone away is that if you stop using the pc for a while it will go into sleep mode no matter what you tell it to do in the windows 11 power settings

I set the power settings to keep the pc on always never sleep but the pc ignores the windows 11 settings
