I opened them they started to fluff up and i thought “ugh they are kinda flat whatever they were cheap” walked away

We always buy pillows and find that they go flat too fast but these sofar have not gone flat

These are very firm and while other people would most likely find them comfortable they were not for me

These pillows are in between soft and firm they don’t bottom out when you put the full weight of your head on the pillow
