Pros

If it sags in the future i will update but for now we all are perfectly happy with these mattresses. Would recommend to anyone.

The firmness is perfect for me. The only down side is that the edges could be firmer. It's a firm coil mattress and with a lavender topper it’s a dream bed.

It’s soooo comfortable. It is comfortable and not flimsy. I'm impressed with how comfortable it is.

It fits snugly in the bed frame. Unlike the prior mattress, it fits the twin xl sheet set better.

Cons

The middle portion is about 8 3/4” tall and the ends are around 7”. It curves down significantly on either end.

It was packaged very well and everything was clean

Well packaged and easy to set up

It came packaged beautifully and started inflating as soon as it was opened

People mention in comments about an odorsmell that the mattress puts off while opening the packaging but i did not experience that
