Pros

This pad makes it much better for guests. Our guests are quite pleased. Helps with back, hip and everyday pains.

Cons

Bedspick literature says to donate it to charity in their name and to email them the receipt and they will give you a full refund. No response. Amazon accepted the return and refunded my money.

The bed is much softer than expected. Every time i move, i have to fight to get out of the dip i've sunk into.
