Pros & Cons
Pros
For those battling with night sweats or warmer sleeping conditions, the bedjet is worth consideration. It really is a luxury after working for 8 hours in a cold building. It's like sleeping in a cloud," says one user.
The bedjet blowing the air through the sheet makes me feel 10 degrees cooler. It feels much better than a heated blanket. Even if you don't put heat on, you can still warm it up a little bit more on the cooling.
Sleep number bed by far is better than the foam bed. I've been sleeping so much more comfortably, it's even harder to get out of bed now! One is in a townhouse, which is a sleep number bed that never got moved to my single family home.
Both the remote control and the accompanying app function impeccably, offering a range of customizable settings. The remote is designed very well. The android app is top-notch.
My only gripe is the timer. It's not an issue when the setting is on a low percentage of air coming out. I love that it lights up when you touch the main controls. No fumbling for * in the dark. I even use it as a flash light.
Cons
The lowest set-point on my unit is 66 degrees. The sheet isn’t even colder than the room temp. This machine cannot actually cool the air, it just takes ambient temperature and blows it.
It's impossible to operate this thing without either the remote or the app. I live somewhere where a heating function is a laughably absurd and useless feature.
Even without the leg pillow, the flow struggles to go to the head or to the toes. The air goes through one hole of the cloud sheet and then stays there. For a hot sleeper like me, i immediately returned it.
