Pros

It's very relaxing to lay your head on. In the stressful world we live in today - easy things that bring relaxation are very nice.

This pillow really get into the muscles and stimulates the blood flood. i really appreciate the little carrying bag that comes with it. Gets the blood flowing or something.

I'm planning to use it the next time i'm stressed out/obsessing about something. It induces a profound feeling of calm for me. If i use it during the day it energizes me.

Pillow has an honored place at my bedside and has now entered my pile of voodoo tricks to alleviate my chronic migraines. I also find the pillow helps to relive headaches yet another plus.

Cons

The foam is way to soft that you cannot feel any of the pressure points. The neck pillow is useless and not eligible for return. If you like pain and discomfort this product is for you.
