Pros

It is so easy to use and really has helped out tremendously. I am always on the lookout for a product that will make the process easier. It is that easy, and the results are terrific.

It is truly worth every penny! I have a busy lifestyle, like most of us, and my time is precious. I also love that it has auto shut off since i notoriously leave my stuff on by accident.

Less damage to hair than using flat iron every day. Straightening my hair with a standard straightener usually takes me 20-25 minutes. If my hair wasn't damaged i think this would be so much easier than straightening everyday with an iron.

I have wavy hair that gets curly when wet or humid. It's thick (and very long), with medium coarseness. I do not recommend for super curly hair but slight curl or wave, this is a quick fix amd go to!

Cons

I conclude that this product is just not right for me or others with my hair texture and style requirements. It weighs so much.

So it arrived 2 days later super fast plugged it in and thought alright lets get this over with so i can return it out while im out

Packaging/appearance

It took me about 5 minutes a pair of scissors and a broken fingernail to get this out of the packaging

If i had to complain about something it would be the packaging

If you read the packaging it says that this is great for touch ups and it really is

Competitiveness

You mgiht be able to do that on someone elses head but working on your own head with this is just different

I have thick curly hair and another expensive brand caught my eye

I got tired of having to buy new ones every year so i thought id try a different brand
