As a survivor of having grown up with a narcissistic family of origin myself this book not only explains that personality type in an easy way to understand it gives you lots of ways to spot someone with narcissistic personality traits that you may come across in the workplace or even future relationships or you could use these ways to spot if a new partners family are narcissistic then hopefully avoiding future inlaw problems
