It would of been 5 stars but unfortunately the case it came in was a bit flimsy but that might be down to compression during transit but we werent bothered by that as the recipient would be wearing the bracelet so wouldnt need the box for storage

Cant comment on the ebook as i didnt download it because thats not what we were interested in and referring back to the beginning of my review my mother cant use a computer

It looks just like a normal piece of jewellery so noone would suspect it to be a theraputic bracelet

Have suffered from varying degrees of arthritis in each of my fingers especially my left thumb joint after a bad fall 7 years ago so decided to try this out and put the bracelet on as soon as it arrived
