The handles are metal reinforced hand holders. They are very sturdy and look nice. Easy to assemble and quite sturdy.

This is 2 months after amazon issued refund. Also sellers need to stop posting pics without disclaimers. Not sure to return or not.
It should be especified no dividers are included. Just a box is useless. This item is junk.

I like that it comes with labels that you can write out but my only problem with this is that when you put these labels on it means the lid sits off kilter

Customer service is amazing the box itself will work but only gripe is that the plastic slider doesnt fully cover the side rails so sometimes the couple beginning and last folders will get stick in the gap
