Unfortunately since skinpicking is a thing people with adhd andor ocd sometimes deal with i have both i ended up doing so anyway for years with my fingers

Using this tool is not as intuitive or effective on all areas of my face as my fingers or at least it doesnt appear as effective and thats a good thing because it keeps me from attempting every raised bump i see

Ultimately my hope is that forcing myself to use the tool with proper procedure will help me focus only on actual pimples and not every single textured pore significantly cutting the time i spend sucked in front of the bathroom mirror
