To keep the cord from getting caught on things i personally will thread the cord under my shirt therefore making it very hard for it to catch on things

I had to send my first pair back because it wouldnt stay connected thats a bummer but i really like the headphones

Took them to the apple store before i sent them back hopping that they would treat them like there other apple products but thats not the case

The treat them like any other 3rd party accessory although they do offer a repair option that they send the headphones to a place that fixes them
