Lifetime guarantee is a crock. Only six week old/warranty says lifetime. Will not repurchase. It is not. Not worth the aggravation.

Drinking with the lid on now results in the mug dribbling hot liquid, so it's useless. It is super hard to get off and the seal gets twisted and doubled up all the time. The build is kinda cheap.
