Pros
I have to say that this thing shocked me. The four scratches look more severe from some angles, but they are very visible against the dark thermos.
Easy to hold, leak proof, very easy to clean and so easy to drink from. Comes with 2 metal straws and a straw cleaner. The lid has a good seal.
No leakage when fully closed. Keeps refrigerated water cold for hours with no ice cubes. They are very well insulated.
Cons
Lid flap is a flaw too, once you close it until it snaps, trying to open it without the lid coming off in the process is another issue. This tumbler is 900ml, 10oz less than advertised. Directions say to leave lid flap open when putting lid on cup.
