Pros
I use this every day to keep hydrated. It keeps my coffee hot longer than my yeti did. The ice stays all day in the purple one and my herbal tea stays hot no matter how busy i get in the other.
The rtic 20oz cup is almost bulletproof. Comes with 2 straws and a cleaning brush. Has a great seal all around. Bought one for someone & they use it everyday at work.
It's much more like skin than a muted camel color. Reordering a different color to try. High gloss show.
Cons
Customer service barely lasts 2 hours. After two months and three replies, it's safe to say they won't.
Great for hot drinks but terrible for cold drinks. Flip top leaks everywhere. Plastic on lip when you take a sip is annoying.
Not easy to handle will have to purchase handle.

I have given it 5 stars because i don’t think anything is necessarily wrong with the product itself i got what i paid for
🤷♀️ ice stays ice quite awhile and am very satisfied with the function
The lid is doing some problems but generally the product keeps the beverages hot for hours
I searched for something which was smallerthanhuge and of decent quality for quite some time before deciding on this little guy

Bought this to have hot water ready anytime during winter nights the tumbler did keep the water hot for a while but not more than two hours than the water would become warm or cool

I have big hands and its even difficult for me to hold it unless i grab it by the bottom of the cup where it is smaller
