Pros
The beast is 2 pods and 6 hours of hot coffee. Comes with 2 straws and a cleaning brush. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
Cons
Super dissappointing. Bad to pay that much for something that leaves water everywhere. Dont buy it. I'm very disappointed in this.
The other has a faulty lid that pops off, making the tumbler useless.
Mine is very very tight. It really hurts your finger. Still very hard to flip up. Handle is comfortable, but too long, depending on your cup holder's depth.
Jenn, seems to be their only customer service rep and doesn't respond if you have any issues. Maybe they just resend out the returns? The lifetime warranty is pretty useless, 20% back ($4) or pay to ship it back for a full refund.
