Also the shaft is still snug because of the lining which is okay since it will compress

The only thing that bugs me about these boots is that the place in the back where the seams above the logo meet creases in fairly quickly based on the way i walk or something which is right at the top of the back of the ankle and for whatever reason that one spot especially on the right boot feels like it has no fur cushion left and it chafes a bit even through socks
