Pros
Within a few days of use, my beard is noticeably softer. The balm gives the beard a nice healthy sheen. Not too sticky, and spreads nicely into the beard.
Great balm helps tame those wild whiskers and with no scent it doesn't interfere with my manly mating musk. This is truly odorless and works for shine and shaping.
Cons
The main problem is that it's hold power is pretty low. It is like you are applying a body lotion on your moustache. Nothing special given the price; expected more based on the ingredients listed.

I contacted customer service and true to the card they sent with the product they got back to me in under 2 days and resolved my issue

Doesn’t hold down the flyaways as much as i would have liked but other than that i’d probably buy again

The rocky mountain folks refunded my money and let me keep the balm which i gave to a friend who loves it
