Pros
They burn clean, provide great flavor, and are reasonably priced. Only slightly inconvenient, really. Smoked our turkey and a 20lb brisket with them.
Cons
The bag was ripped from top to bottom on both sides and on the top seam and then haphazardly taped back together. This 40lb bag was tossed in a standard flimsy prime box. Wasted brine time.
It was shipped with this sliced open bag. Forcasted rain and delivered unprotected. Brand is usually good, but this supplier made it difficult.
This set up is too fickle and a hassle to keep from burning up. Immediately started overheating. My cold smoke generator normally burns 1.
Not happy. Won't be repurchasing this. Be warned.

They can be purchased cheaper at a dealer as shipping is removed from the price
Packaging/appearance
Fedex damaged the packaging and did not deliver
While the pellets themselves are outstanding i would love to see more ecofriendly packaging options in the future
However if theres one area for improvement it would be the packaging

I smoke a lot and frankly when it comes to the flavor of the meat being smoked i can detect little difference between different types of wood
