Pros & Cons
Pros
A better grip = a heavier lift. Had the best back workout with these grips. They help my workout in the gym.
Straps are comfy to wear and can be easily used on various pull machines or even when using dumbells. I have attached the handles and use elastic bands to train the rubber to curl towards my hand wrapping around the pull up bar, they feel solid.
Bear grip multi grip straps are a must-have for anyone struggling with carpal tunnel or similar discomfort. Their durability, versatility and ability to relieve wrist strain make them a real asset.
Many happy prs thanks to these. They’re also more versatile, can be used for all types of machines. They're particularly good for pull-ups.
Cons
Great idea but very uncomfortable and the foam padding is not great at all and offers hardly any comfort. When you wrap the “wrap” around the wrist it doesn’t fall onto the velcro. Tiny straps are tiny and are difficult to grip around olympic bars.
