Pros

I admit it was a bit salty, but the texture was thick-n-creamy and velvety. If you spray some popcorn with cooking spray then add some dry soup mix, it's a tasty cheddar popcorn treat.

This soup now has 38% of your rda. Wonderful on chilly fall and cold winter days. We love everything about this and it's a crowd pleaser for company.

One large bag makes about a gallon but hopefully they bring the big cans back. Perfect for long term storage and easy to pack. Add biscuits or rolls and some kind of a salad. Dehydrated foods have a long shelf life.

It is easy and quick with minimun mess. If you thicken it, it makes a great sauce for broccoli. I like the bear creek brand cheddar broccoli better than another brand.



Cons

    My husband picked this up for a potluck that was the next morning it was so easy we bought 2 bags and added 1 bag of frozen broccoli and 1 can of cheddar cheese soup

    I had some leftover roasted broccoli purple onion and cauliflower and a couple slices of peppered ham i needed to use up so i threw all that in the pot of soup and with fresh homemade cornbread the 4 of us made complete pigs of ourselves
