Pros
These blocks support your wrist like magic. They allow me to do the plank without putting to much pressure on my wrists. These are fare more versatile than push up handles, they also work with yoga postures.
Cons
The metal is frayed and scratched up with areas where the paint is poorly done. I tried adjusting my position at least 10+ times as well as changing to a neutral grip like position, none of them feels comfortable using these blocks.
