Pros

We have three pillows in two sizes, and cannot complain. This is my second one, as my cat peed on my first one. Great pillow that is overfilled with buckwheat. Able to empty out as much as needed, have a great pillow and have extra for refill etc.

Exact amount of firmness for my head. It is hard but because it molds to your head it feels great.

The japanese size is more than fine for back sleepers or side sleepers. It sleeps cool, especially now that it's summer. The pillow casing even has an elastic hiding place for the zipper.

The pillow is very easily customizable. It comes stuffed with buckwheat hulls. Despite being hulls, the overall feeling is similar to a rock.

I have regular neck and shoulder pain and my curved pillow was becoming less effective, so i thought why not? Have had zero headaches in the a.

Cons

For now, grossed out. I wish i could get a refund. It smells like formaldehyde.
