Pros

Clean up was easy with paper towels and old rags. It's messy and it takes patience, but it absolutely works and there is almost no odor.

The stuff works great. It works so amazingly well. Pricey, perhaps, but what a time saver.

Used in basement to remove 1960's asbestos mastic from concrete. Works pretty good at removing mastic adhesive. If you are only dealing with black mastic ( asbestos ) bean e doo has a special product just for blackmastic.

Good product. Very pleased. But again, so impressed. This is where i made my only mistake.

The thicker the mastic the longer you have to wait for it to soak in to work. Then squeegee the liquid into one area and apply cat litter to soak it up.

Cons

Bean-e-doo gets into the pores of concrete, making it difficult to glue down flooring. The product should be used with extreme caution and only in very limited circumstances. Do not buy product.

This is a lot of work but very happy with the results and i dont know of anything else that would have been easier

The product works but its not as easy as some would say at least for peel and stick tiles

I let it set 3 hours and then used a scrapper to scrape up the glue

It does work but it takes way longer than the said time on the bottle
