Unlike a lot of other mounts with the paperclip type jaw clamps the lever actually gives you a lot of control over the clamp itself

My phone would be in my car always swaying side to side as i made a turn and it started getting scratches so i decided to get this and now my phone stays put and i am allowed to see the directions clearly as i go to my destination

It does not get in the way or block my view and is easily within my vision so i can pay attention to the road and have easy access to directions etc displayed on my phone
