I never felt comfortable running with my airpods as my right ear seems to be much different than my left and that airpod would always fall out

The ear hooks performed flawlessly and not once did i need to reach up and adjust the airpods

I love my airpods for daytoday usage but when i exercise the right one was always slipping out

These don’t cover any of the pods sensors or speakers so they don’t impact the way the pods work as far as pausing when i take them out of my ear or tapping to activate siri

The only thing to be aware of is that you have to take them off to put the pods back in the charging case
