Pros
The mat is exactly what i wanted in terms of thickness. You unroll it and it sits flat on the floor with no problems with it curling up or anything. I love all the cushion this mat has.
This mat fits my space much better and is perfect padding for my 61-year-old arthritic knees. Works perfect with the beach body workouts. It's just the perfect consistency for giving you a nice comfortable workout when you're kneeling on it.
The size and padding are spot on. Expensive but for me worth it. Very comfortable too.
Cons
The length is fine but the width is like that of a bath towel and i find that i'm often extending past the mat when i'm doing lunges or if i have to jog forward or backward. This mat is definitely not designed to use on carpet.

On the shown photos it says “core comfort mat” but on the one i received it says “mini mat”
