Children's motrin or tylenol, it takes 1. Minutes to administer. Fast forward four hours, temp check, med dosage. This is especially useful when the fever is high and you are waiting for motrin/tylenol to kick in.

They smell of menthol at the start but that fades. Lasts the whole night. You can take them off and let them sit for a little bit and it's almost as if they regenerate and get cold again.

This patch is easy to use and stays on your child or even your own head. My kids wear it without complaining about it sticking to their head.

The pache isn’t sticky enough. What confuse me is that the package is not look like the picture showed on the amazon website. Using a damp towel works wayy better.
