The tablets are a challenging size and mine have been damaged a bit during shipping which doesnt make them any easier to swallow

If you are looking for a bcaa pill supplement i think these are a good price good ratio and good quality
However the current price also seems pretty good compared to the same number of days supply of some bcaa powders

The pills are large not a problem if you swill down with water and pretty much tasteless so for me much better than the awful synthetic flavoured powders you can buy
