Veyron topped out just under 268mph and the chiron can only hit 261 because its locked in to go no higher due to the fact there isnt a tire manufacture as of 2019 that can produce a tire to withstand that speed on a street environment

It did beat the veyron super sport in all categories from 01000 0200003000 04000 thats a standstill to top speed to a complete stop
