This one is easy to slide into your seat more comfortably. I'm 2-3 weeks post op and this pillow is comfortable and supportive.

    If youre anything over a size 810 its quite likely your thighs will not fit correctly in the dips and youll be uncomfortable

    Also the hump in the middle can push against uncomfortable places if you slide at all which is likely to happen if youre wearing some kind of compression garment or smoothing garment

    Also unless you want to sit ramrod straight all the time youll need a firm pillow for your backlower back so that you can sit more or less normally in a chaircouchbedwhatever
