I soon learned that if the unit was not placed just right on the toilet rim that it moves easily thus throwing wands out of placement or in my case not releasing because they were up against the porcelain rim of the toilet

Installing was a bit tricky as well and i needed to get a plummer to take the toilet base out to be able to tighten the provided big plastic nuts to its bolts as there was no way to do that from outside because of the design of the parisi sorrento
