Pros

The 20” monster on a 200k btu lp burner being seasoned for the first time. The only drawback is grease managment compared to a true griddle, but i made 8 burgers from 3. And the casting is robust- no warping etc.

I agree that seasoning it was a challenge. Now the metal is seasoned and nothing sticks, it's great. It is pre seasoned and a perfect fit on my weber grill.

Skillet works great. It cleans like a dream. Hot water boiling for 15 minutes allows me to peel the spoils from the bottom. I then rinse, regrease and it is ready for the next use.

Great value for the money. Great value in my opinion. Great for parties. Like it says great for out doors. Definitely worth the price.

This skillet is outstanding! Other than that that's totally great. Lol. And.

Cons

As a fan of cast iron cookware, the quality of this skillet is terrible. Has thin spots in the bottom and looks like someone took a side grinder to the surface. It heats very unevenly.
