Pros

Bayou classic is very dependable and delivery is fast. Outstanding product. Every one needs one. And also great christmas gifts for the kids.

This is an excellent pot for crawfish or other seafood boils! We do a family crawfish boil every spring. This pot easily fits a full sack of crawfish and a large amount of sides together.

Cast and quadruple-rivited for strength. The rim is now perfectly round and the lid seats perfectly. My only complaint is that the lid is very fragile.

The bayou classic double jet burner (sp2) works great at getting them hot fast and keeping them hot. Pot has not visible flaws. It is nice and grate for canning.

Cons

Handles feel like a 4th grader made them. Scratches on pot.
