Pros

The lotion was much better than expected, very moisturising. The scent is great - neither too strong, nor sickly sweet or bitter. The pumps are first class, and last well after the bottle is empty.

Cons

The packaging was completely damaged. The branded base was cracked and totally unusable. The plastic base is awful.

Hand cream barely contains any scent and it's really greasy. Was expecting a pleasant citrus smell. Has the fragrance of cheap men's shower gel.
