I did notice that the prongs stick out of the wristband where they are installed

You can’t push them in or lay them down as it will either release the wristband or it’ll go back to its regular place with movement of the wristband during use

It comes pretty long so you can adjust the amount of links that would fit your ideal arm size however for me i have small arms

I’m 5’9 and have long skinny arms even if i removed the correct amount of links so it would fit me if i add one more or take one away it’ll either be too small to go around my wrist or too large to where it is spinning around or coming up and down my arm whichi don’t like
