Pros
They're inexpensive straight forward volt meters that meet my needs for monitoring boat electrical system performance. They cleverly use a 12 bit a/d converter on a microprocessor to drive the meter. Used for voltmeter on my riding mower dash.
These three wire meters are ideal for psu's with variable outputs. Hot glue or super glue two lengths of wire each to a magnet.
The accuracy is very good over the input range and the 10ths digit does not jump around excessively. These work well and come calibrated fairly close. One of those things you must keep stocked in a drawer.
Display is dim but reading accurate. The option to have a separate lead to turn on the display when needed rather then being on all the time is very handy. Awesome little meter accurate and bright as *.
Cons
Was going to use on a board for testing voltage on 12v and 24v systems. They all five consistently say 10. These are junk.

These things are solid and the wires are firmly connected
These seem to be accurate i bought them for monitoring 512 and 24v on a project and they have worked like a charm
Online data warns not to power the voltmeter from a source greater than 30 volts
I made that mistake before and after just a little handling to unbox and install the black wire came off the circuit board

Great device for a great low price
They are inexpensive enough to use in situations when you need a permanent voltage meter
Cheap lowvoltage measuring display with external power wire to disable it
Calibration was right on the moneywith my fluke

Calibration is simple and accurate i set the 10ths digit to roll over to the next value with the input voltage reaches 0
