Storage is important if you leave the lid off too long moisture can contaminate them and affect the readings

Just have to wait 30 seconds check the colour change based on the chart on the bottle

Sometimes the indicator portion of the strip the red one more than the green one after wetting with urine becomes soggy and decolorised and takes longer than usual 20 seconds for glucose 40 seconds for ketone bodies to reveal the final grade of indicator color
