I had to have two replacement items 3 total shipments because the packaging and the item were damaged each time

Most reviews say that assembly took two hours parts were damaged and directions were confusing

The directions reference parts numbers that are not marked on the actual pieces of the furniture

But there are no two parts that look remotely alike aside from the only two parts that were marked with a sticker to keep that clear

There was only one step that required a little clarification because you had to put a specific piece in first before screwing in the other pieces marked on the diagram
